PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a scroll blower for an air supply means for industrial use, an air supply means in a sludge processing device, or a blower for supply of oxygen in a fuel cell power generation device, that pressure fluctuation occurs when gas compressed in a gas compression chamber is released at once to generate pulsation sound based on the rotation number from a scroll part to radiate pulsation sound from gaps formed by an intake port, parts precision tolerance, etc. SOLUTION: The position of the intake port is set on the outer side over an axial end of a rotation shaft 4, and more than one holes 24 are installed in a surface for forming a crankshaft support part 21 or a motor support part to form an intake blow passage 23. Since the intake port 104 is thus provided at a separated position from the scroll part where pulsation sound is generated, the pulsation sound is attenuated due to distance, and as sound shielding effect prevents leak of sound from other parts than the holes 24, noise can be reduced.
