<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mutual use of points in cooperative auction halls. <P>SOLUTION: In this point management device 10, an inquiry means 12 acquires the member numbers of another auction hall from a member information storing means 15 based on member numbers acquired through an internal communication means 11, and transmits them through an external communication means 13 to the other hall point management device, and acquires the other hall point information. A point information processing means 14 acquires point information from the member information storing means 15 based on the member information, and prepares total point information resulting from summing the acquired point information and the other hall point information acquired by the inquiry means 12, and transmits it to terminal equipment 20.
