SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is composed of first heat transfer tubes 20a and 20b to which first fluids flow, and a second heat transfer tube arranged in the first heat transfer tube and constituted by spirally twisting a plurality of heat transfer tubes 22a and 22b to which second fluids flow, The first heat transfer tube is laminated by a plurality of planes so as to be stored in a plane spiral shape by a second plane B-B after being stored in the plane spiral shape by a first plane A-A.
