<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat harness equipped with a high waterproof property to a connection part with a conductor and a connection terminal, and high durability against collision or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The flat harness is equipped with a flat cable 2 with a plurality of conductors flatly set covered by an insulation coating made of a nonpolar polymer in parallel, a housing 10 made of a polar polymer having a connection surface connecting from a side surface to the flat cable 2, a pressure welding terminal 8a kept by the housing 10 and pressured and welded by pinching the conductor biting into the insulation coating of the flat cable 2 protruding from the connection surface of the housing 10, and a mold part 9 covering a connection surface side of the housing 10 and sealing the connection part with the pressure welding terminal 8a and the conductor inside. The mold part 9 is made of a hot melt composition mainly composed of maleic acid degeneration polyolefin resin, C9 hydrogenerated petroleum resin, amorphous polyolefin and styrene ethylene propylene styrene rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
