PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for the trouble or maintenance of a liquid soap dispenser by solving problems of a conventional liquid soap take-out device wherein the structure is complicated, and wherein the packing for sealing a valve mechanism by the reciprocation is easily dried and becomes inoperable especially especially because it is made of rubber and ring-shaped. SOLUTION: The liquid dispenser consists of an attaching/detaching part for attaching a liquid container, a pump mechanism and a release tube. The pump mechanism includes a body part communicating with the attaching/detaching part, a spout member to reciprocate inside the body part for the pumping operation, and a pressure member for pressing the spout member. The spout member has a check valve in a hitting part on the release tube side, and a channel to be opened or closed with the check valve by the reciprocation of the spout member is formed in the region where the check valve is mounted for taking out the liquid and discharging the liquid to the release tube. With this structure of the check valve, the liquid dispenser is closed from the outside when the pump mechanism is rested. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
