<p>A method comprises feeding first layer means (3) towards a decorating zone (4), decorating said first layer means (3), and coupling said first layer means (3) with second layer means (6; 11) so as to obtain flexible decorating means (15; 15'; 15'), said decorating comprising transferring onto said first layer means (3) a decorative pattern (7), from support means (6) that initially supports said decorative pattern (7). An apparatus comprises first feed means (2) arranged for feeding first .layer means (3) towards a decorating zone (4), and coupling means (9; 14) arranged for coupling said first layer means (3) with second layer means (6; 11) so as to obtain flexible decorating means (15; 15'; 15'), said decorating zone (4) being provided with transfer means (9) that is so configured as to transfer a decorative pattern (7) onto said first layer means (3) from support means (6) on which said decorative pattern (7) is initially supported. Flexible decorating means comprises base layer means (3, 11) bearing a decorative pattern (7), said base layer means (3) being associated with protection means (6; 18, 22) that serves to prevent said base layer means (3, 11) from sticking to adjacent materials.</p> |
