PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment cost, exactly calculate necessary time and suppress time regardless of weather and traffic jam. SOLUTION: Data relating with charge is sent from a charge receiving system 11 placed in toll gates on an express road through a communication means to a vehicle necessary time calculation device 20 of an upper system. This vehicle necessary time calculation device 20 is provided with a data extraction means 23 for extracting data such as vehicle kind, inlet IC, inlet time, outlet time, etc., necessary for calculating vehicle necessary time among the charge relating data, an inter-IC necessary time calculating means 26 for calculating both inter-IC necessary time from these extraction data, an objective section necessary time calculation means 27 for calculating the necessary time of the objective section from the calculated inter-IC necessary time, and a necessary time information providing means 28 for providing an indication board at proper locations on the express roads and a vehicle via cable or wireless, with the calculated objective section necessary time information. |
