The proposed current regulator contains a bipolar transistor, three diodes, two resistors, and additionally, a field-effect transistor. The gate of the field-effect transistor is connected to the base of the bipolar transistor, the drain is connected to the point of the connection of the cathodes of the first diode and the third diode, and the source is connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor. The emitter of the bipolar transistor isconnected to the second terminal of the second resistor.
