PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a covering effect long in order to enhance the durable strength of a cover layer itself, to extend the use life of a tire vulcanizing bladder and to enhance the work efficiency of a vulcanization molding process. SOLUTION: The tire vulcanizing bladder is equipped with an expansible bladder main body 2 comprising a rubbery elastomer and the cover layer 3 arranged to the outer surface So or inner surface Si thereof. The cover layer 3 has a honeycomb structure comprising island parts 8 divided into a hexagonal shape by slit-like demarcation grooves 7. The length of one side of the hexagonal shape of each of the island parts 8 is set to 0.1-5.0 mm, depth D is set to 1-100μm and the width Wa of each of the demarcation groove 7 is set to 300μm or below.
