PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle with better usage capable of certainly performing and facilitating riding on a second seat and a third seat. SOLUTION: The seat device 1 is provided with a seat slide motor 11 for moving a front side seat toward a front side of a vehicle body and/or an inner side of the vehicle body; a door actuator 6 for slide-moving a slide door 5 such that an occupant can ride on a rear side seat; a door unit for driving/controlling the door actuator 6 based on a pre-set requirement signal; and a seat slide unit 12 for driving/controlling the seat slide motor 11 such that the front side seat is moved toward the front side of the vehicle body and/or the inner side of the vehicle body when the door unit 7 slide-moved the slide door 5 such that the occupant can ride on the rear side seat.
