PURPOSE:To obtain a frozen food well balanced in nutritive value and improved in taste fancy by joining two or more foods through an edible paste and freezing the joined foods. CONSTITUTION:A frozen food, obtained by respectively laminating a food 3 composed of vegetables through an edible paste 4 between, e.g. foods 1 and 2 composed of fishes or shellfishes, pressing the laminate and freezing the pressed laminate, composed of the fishes, shellfishes and vegetables and well balanced in nutritive value. |
