PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type bicycle furnished with a driving device to constantly ride on upright without giving an unreasonable load to a body such as an ankle, etc. SOLUTION: Steps to put feet on are provided on front parts of arms to move in a seesaw way free to move in parallel, sliders with gears free to rotate mounted on them are provided in rear parts of these arms, a pair of the left and right arms is provided on a frame intermediate part lower part of the bicycle, an end of a chain both ends of which are opened and an intermediate part of those of which is made into a rope is mounted on one chain mounting part of the frame, and each of left and right mechanisms is interlocked through the gear free to rotate on the same side, the gear furnished with a one-way clutch on the same side, a pulley provided on the frame, the gear furnished with a one-way clutch on the opposite side and the gear free to rotate on the opposite side in sequence.
