PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to surely reply an incoming call for an important contact and important information. SOLUTION: The hands-free speech unit to which a plurality of portable phones 100 are connected so as to enable voice communication and for bringing a portable phone 100 to a hands-free speech state when the portable phone 100 receives an incoming call, is provided with: a storage device 21 for associating identification IDs of the plurality of portable phones 100 with priorities of the IDs and storing them; and informing device for informing the user of the arrival of the incoming call when any one portable phone 100 of a plurality of the portable phones 100 is in a hands-free speech state and the incoming call arrives in the other portable phone 100 whose priority is higher than the priority of the portable phone 100 in the hands-free speech state.
