PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the erroneous detection of leak due to a noise without providing a hardware such as a noise filter. SOLUTION: A ZCT coil (zero-phase current transformer) 47 as a leak signal generation means for generating a leak signal when the leak occurs and a determining means 48A for determining whether the leak signal transmitted from the ZCT coil (zero-phase current transformer) 47 is a noise are provided on a leak detection device 40 for detecting the leak. Particularly, a noise filter is not provided as the hardware for removing the noise contained in the leak signal transmitted from the ZCT coil (zero-phase current transformer) 47. It is determined on software whether the leak signal transmitted from the ZCT coil (zero-phase current transformer) 47 is the noise, and it is determined that the leak occurs actually when it is determined that the leak signal is not the noise.
