PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a structure is enlarged and an underground structure is uneconomical since an excavation quantity and a concrete quantity increase for opposing floating force acting on the structure by weight of concrete. SOLUTION: This structure is composed of an underground wall 2 for surrounding the periphery of the structure, a foundation pile arranged toward a deeper part than a bottom part of its underground wall 2 or supporting the structure, and an anchor arranged toward a deeper part than a bottom part of its foundation pile.
