PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of forming an air curtain, which reduces a loss of energy in an air passage, which is not affected by the situation of a construction site, changed according to the progress of construction, and which dispenses with troublesome operations such as fine adjustment on the construction site. SOLUTION: The air passage from an intake port 2 to an exhaust port 6 is formed in a substantially and nearly linear shape, and arranged almost in parallel with the axial direction of a tunnel 20; a dust collecting device and a fan are provided in the air passage; and a plate body 7 is fixed away from the exhaust port by a predetermined length so that air exhausted from the exhaust port can almost perpendicularly collide with the plate body 7 so as to be radially issued in almost all directions.
