<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken work in a system wherein a plurality of subjects taking charge of different parts work in cooperation with one another. <P>SOLUTION: In a job management system wherein a server computer 11 and terminals of the plurality of subjects are connected through a communication network, the server computer 11 is provided with a means for managing work steps of the plurality of subjects taking charge of different parts and a means for displaying not only a flowchart of entire work but also allotted parts of one subject and allotted parts of the others discriminatively from each other, on a terminal screen of this subject in response to connection to the server computer 11 of the terminal of this subject. The flow chart has a skeleton which has prescribed steps represented by boxes and is formed by linking the boxes with arrows, and the skeleton of the flowchart is displayed on terminals of all the subjects as the same picture.
