<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a constituent part capable of being formed into a stream as a notification message. <P>SOLUTION: The communication method includes a step, in which a transmitter transmits at least one constituent part capable of being formed into a stream and information describing it to a communication server MMSC, and a step in which the communication server transmits a notification message for notifying that the constituent part capable of being formed into a stream can be utilized to a receiver in response to it. The notification message is a multimedia message including the description to the constituent part capable of being formed into a stream. The communication server MMSC and the receiver form a streaming session for transferring the constituent part capable of being formed into a stream by using the information describing the constituent part capable of being formed into a stream.
