PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To view a picture of an opposite party at the time of calling or receiving a call in an office wider than a fixed photography range of a camera. SOLUTION: A selection signal of an extension No. 23 is transmitted to a main device based on an operation of a key telephone set on a calling side (step S1). The main device 1 detects a position (h6) where the key telephone set of the extension No. 23 is arranged and requests picture data of the position from the camera (step S2). The camera moves so that it can photograph a photography position of h6 (step S3) and transmits photographed picture data to the calling side PC (step S4). A caller views the key telephone set of the extension No. 23 or a nearby picture, confirms that a person exists and performs an operation for calling the extension No. 23. A dial signal of the extension No. 23 is transmitted to the main device 1 based on the operation (step S5). The main device 1 calls the key telephone set of the extension No. 23 (step S6).
