<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution board which can avoid a trouble such as an erroneous operation due to a temperature rise by releasing heat generated at an internal unit or a master bar rapidly to a body. <P>SOLUTION: In the distribution board in which a breaker and the other internal unit are mounted on a unit mounting board 2 provided on a body 1, a protruding part 7 is formed in the device mounting board 2, contacted with the body 1, and the heat of the internal unit is released directly to the body 1. The protruding part 7 formed at least at one of the unit mounting board 2 and the body 1 is formed at a part corresponding to the master breaker 4 or a master bar 6 having large a amount of a calorific value.
