<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the production efficiency and to reduce the production cost of a ferrite composition without lowering an electromagnetic property such as a core loss by performing the temporary firing of a ferrite raw material and the drying of a slurry simultaneously, wherein the ferrite raw material and a solvent such as water are mixed, blended and pulverized to be the slurry in a wet method. <P>SOLUTION: The subject method for manufacturing the ferrite composition comprises a step to prepare the ferrite slurry containing the ferrite raw material and the solvent, a step to charge the ferrite slurry in a rotary kiln at a slurry state, and a step to perform the drying and removing of the solvent in the slurry and the temporary firing of the ferrite raw material simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
