Fe powder was blended with a mixt. contg. polyol resin and polyisocyanate and then emulsified in water in the presence of an emulsifying agent and protective colloids. During the emulsification or before coagulation of emulsified Fe particles, polyamide was added to obtain anti-rust Fe powder having high heat and solvent resistance. The mixt. was applied to a plastic sheet at 2000μ thick, dried at 200≦̸C for 3 min, and tested for rusting by spraying 5% brine soln. at 35≦̸C. No rusting was obsd. even after 200hr.
