PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating blade of an animal excretion fermenting apparatus capable of uniformly crushing the clods of animal excretion in a tank. SOLUTION: In the animal excretion fermenting apparatus having built-in agitating blades in the tank so that animal excretion charged in it is crushed and easily fermented, a large number of blades are projectively installed to a rotary shaft pivoted by the tank while changing their longitudinal positions and radiation angles and further, the blades are divided into two groups from the boundary of an intermediate part of the lengthwise direction of the rotary shaft, and the twist angle of the blades of a group and that of the blades of the other group are set to the angle along the right-hand thread and to the angle along the left-hand thread differently each other.
