<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating resistance flow measuring apparatus capable of using an automotive ECU power source without requiring an expensive protective circuit or regulator. <P>SOLUTION: Although a temperature difference is caused between windward and leeward by heating of temperature detecting resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8 themselves, the temperature change depends on the heating value of the resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8. The heating value of the resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8 depends on the voltage value of the ECU power source to be applied to the resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8, and an error of sensor output is caused depending on the dispersion of voltage value of the ECU power source. It is found that suppression of the heating value of the resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8 suffices for prevention of the sensor output error by the dispersion of output voltage of the power source. Therefore, in this flow measuring apparatus, heating value suppressing means for the resistors 3, 4, 7 and 8 are adapted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
