PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulation outer wall structure with firm refractory performance and an appearance as an outer wall to which repairing and remodeling of the outer wall can be easily executed and which can exert excellent external heat insulation performance. SOLUTION: A refractory face material 5 is formed to the outside of a column 1 and a panel frame 6 or the like being a building structure part. A resin foam heat insulating plate 3 is provided to the outside of the refractory face material 5.
