A skin permeable gas measuring apparatus capable of contributing to an in-home medical care and health control by obtaining clinical information by noninvasive and bloodless operations; a skin permeable gas collector, comprising a container (1) for storing skin permeable gas, a partition plate (2) disposed in the container (1) at a lower side and having an opening (2A) at the center part thereof, and an operating member (3) capable of opening and closing the opening (2A) in the partition plate (2).
