PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermocell vaccine and a kit of cytokine excellent in immune effects and containing various kinds of antigens and having high immune effects on antigens each having low immunogenecity.

SOLUTION: The method for preparing the thermocell vaccine includes to harvest cells from an individual living body, treat the cells with heat to exhibit a heat shock protein and dissolve the treated cells.
