KIT FOR ANALYZING GENE TRANSDUCTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for testing gene expression utilizing a cell spheroid array carrying out culture for a long period.

SOLUTION: A first cell such as an endothelial cell is cultured on a patterned substrate and a second cell such as the liver is then formed on the spheroid. A gene is transduced into the cell spheroid array carrying out long-period culture. Thereby, the expression can be analyzed over the long period.
