PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire shading information to be used for rendering virtual three-dimensional models through simple operation without performing complicated work of setting various parameters. SOLUTION: There are provided a base 10; a shaft 11 erected on the base, a support part 22 connected on an upper end of the shaft 11 so as to be rotated in a directionθ1; a sample table 21 connected to the support part 22 so as to be rotated in a directionθ2; and an irradiation part 30 disposed on the upside of the sample table 21 and comprising a light source 34 for scattering light all over a sample S placed on the sample table 21 to irradiate the sample therewith.
