PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-vehicle information communication system capable of directly designating an opposite vehicle with which a user desires to make a contact and making a speech with and transmitting a message to the opposite vehicle. SOLUTION: A communication center 41 registers information of grouped vehicles in a form of groups as a group list 45 and a server 42 stores the information. Respective positional information items of the group-registered vehicles 44 are transmitted to the communication center via a communication network 43. Then the communication center transmits the positional information items of all of the group-registered vehicles 44 to a navigation apparatus and the information items are displayed on a display screen of the navigation apparatus. When any vehicle displayed on the screen of the navigation apparatus is selected by using a touch panel, a user can make a speech with or transmits a message to the selected vehicle.
