摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method for a cold forged part capable of surely improve welding quality and moreover directly executing fusion welding. SOLUTION: The bonderized film consisting of Zn3 (PO4 )2 .4H2 O is formed on the surface of a cold forging metal stock, next cold forging is applied to the metal stock to produce the cold forged part 1, then other members 2 are superposed onto the cold forged part 1, a welding desired part is irradiated with a laser beam 8 to partially fuse the cold forged part 1 and other members 2, and laser beam welding forming the welded part 15 mixed both materials each other is executed. In this case, the heat treatment heating at least the welding desired part in the cold forged product 1 at 100-500 deg.C is applied, the crystal water in the bonderized film is dissociated and discharged, thereafter the welding desired part is irradiated with the laser beam 8 to execute laser beam welding.</p>
