The device has a rack (5) that is arranged for pursuing its rotation movement after a follower (7) is fixed on an hour snail (8). The rack embosses rotation movement to a release finger (33) and to a release lever for releasing a quarter piece to trigger alarm cycle. The rotation movement is embossed through an eccentric (34) that is mounted under the finger. The rack, follower, finger, and the lever are situated in same plane.
