PURPOSE:To reduce the size and cost of a two-dimensional densitometer by providing a table which stores correcting data of an image detecting means, a means for setting calibration data to a means for storing the calibration data, a calculating means to determine the data on the two-dimensional density, etc. to said densitometer. CONSTITUTION:A two-dimensional density pattern 1 is formed on a cellulose acetate film 2 by a two-dimensional electrophoresis method and a luminous body 4 is formed below a CCD camera 3 above the pattern 1 to constitute a two-dimensional densitometer. A table for storing the correction data on the photoelectric characteristic of an image pickup element which is an image detecting means is provided to such densitometer. A means for setting calibration data which corrects the image data detected prior to measurement and sets the same into the means for storing the calibration data as well as a calculating means which detects the image data in the stage of measurement, corrects again said data by the correction data and the calibration data of the means for storing the calibration data and determines the two-dimensional density data are provided. The high-speed measurement and correction are thus made possible and the device is made smaller in size. |
