PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device etc. capable of preventing corrosion of a magnetic circuit system or generation of an abnormal sound, and stably reinforcing the outer peripheral part of a plate. SOLUTION: The speaker device is provided with a magnetic circuit system comprising a resin frame and the plate. The resin frame maintains the magnetic circuit system, and has a step portion, a hole, a concave portion and a slit. The step is formed on the inner surface of the peripheral edge of the resin frame, and the hole penetrates between the bottom surface of the step and the concave portion. The concave portion is formed on the outer surface of the resin frame, and the slit is formed on the outer surface of the resin frame so as to extend from the concave portion to the outside. When an adhesive is applied to the gap between the outer peripheral edge of the plate and the inner peripheral wall of the resin frame and the adhesive is dried, the air in a space between the plate and the resin frame is compressed.
