<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield cover for portable telephones that can exhibit sufficient electromagnetic shielding properties without sacrificing the visibility and operability of the portable telephones, and has a structure rich in universality. <P>SOLUTION: Thin-plate-shaped electromagnetic shielding plates 12, 13 made of a conductive material are built into a cover body 11 in the form of a flexible thin-plate body having shape dimensions corresponding to the portable telephone 2, and a prescribed location in the cover body 11 is set to be a positioning fixation 14 positioned and fixed to the portable telephone 2. While the positioning fixation 14 is being positioned and fixed at the portable telephone 2, the cover body 11 can be selectively overlapped to and can cover the front and rear of the portable telephone 2 with the positioning fixation 14 as a fixed support.
