PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure with a simple constitution for a decorative sheet or the like of which the mounting operation is easy and which has almost no risk of falling off after mounting. SOLUTION: The mounting structure is the structure for mounting an outer sheath for electric equipment or the like, for example, a decorative sheet which is formed of an elastic body, for example, a speaker grill 10, to a speaker box 1. The speaker box 1 has two mounting grooves 5, 5. An interval W1 between opposite parts of the mounting grooves at the bottom is set smaller than the outer size L1 of the speaker grill in the direction of coinciding with the interval. The speaker grill 10 is inserted and mounted to the inside of the interval of the mounting grooves 5, 5 of the speaker box 1 in a bent state.
