PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align parts transferred in various attitudes to be in a normal attitude and select them. SOLUTION: A parts feeder comprises an inner disk 1, an outer ring plate 2 inclined with respect to the inner disk 1, and an attitude selection mechanism 4 for selecting the parts P transferred by the outer ring plate 2. The outer ring plate 2 transfers the parts P supplied by the inner disk 1 from a supplying part 5 to an ascent drop part 6. The attitude selection mechanism 4 drops abnormal attitude parts from the outer ring plate 2 onto the inner disk 1 so as to select only normal attitude parts and discharge the normal attitude parts to the outside. A horizontal attitude groove 24 with its width smaller than the size of the parts P is provided on the upper face of the outer ring plate 2. The parts P are guided to the horizontal attitude groove 24 and transferred in a horizontal attitude. The parts P are transferred in a vertical attitude in a condition of not being guided to the horizontal attitude groove 24. The parts feeder selects the parts transferred in the horizontal attitude and in the vertical attitude by a selection guide 22 of the attitude selection mechanism 4 so as to discharge only the normal attitude parts.
