<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that various devices for preparing an aqueous solution and a professional worker are normally required because a wet exhaust emission control device for a large-sized generator diesel engine needs a large amount of the aqueous solution per day. <P>SOLUTION: Dissolving process of the aqueous solution is omitted, and chemicals of solute is fed into an exhaust emission control device body 1 through spiral type rotating shaft 2.
