PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular automatic deceleration control device adequately performing completion of the automatic deceleration control by setting the condition of completion of the automatic deceleration control to be according to the gradient of a road. SOLUTION: When the stability of the posture and/or the behavior of a vehicle during the turn, a braking mechanism is operated, and the automatic deceleration control to decelerate the vehicle is started, and if the stability is restored, the automatic deceleration control is completed. The control completion threshold is set so that the vehicular stability becomes the value on the unstable side as the gradient of a road is uphill, and excessive automatic deceleration by the automatic deceleration is prevented thereby.
