PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener with a washer not requiring caulking processing, knurling processing in fixing the washer without possibility for the washer to come off due to variation of machining dimensions without disturbing rotation of the washer. SOLUTION: A nut main body includes a seat part 12a receiving fastening force by thread engagement and a cylindrical part 13 connected to the seat part 12a. A C-shape retaining ring 30 which consists of wire material formed in a C-shape having a round annular shape in a whole body and having a part cut off and having elastic function is arranged under a condition that the washer 20 is put in a gap between the seat part 12a of the nut main body 10 and is pushed to a central side in a radial direction on an outer circumference surface 13a of the tubular part 13.
