PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine packaging device capable of preventing an adhesion of medicine and performing an appropriate packaging process irrespective of its simple and less-expensive configuration. SOLUTION: This medicine packaging device comprises a packaging strip transferring unit for transferring a packaging strip in a longitudinal direction, a recovering hopper having a medicine passage where the medicine passes and having a lower end opening part of the medicine passage arranged to be positioned between the packaging strips 8 transferred by the packaging strip transferring unit, a sealing unit for use in sealing the packaging sheet to enable one pack of medicine to be stored, an electrode unit positioned near the lower end opening of the recovering hopper while holding the packaging strip and for applying a Coulomb force against the medicine passing in the recovering hopper in response to an applied voltage, and a control unit for controlling a turned-on state or a turned-off state to cause a voltage to be applied to the electrode unit while the medicine is being supplied from at least the recovering hopper to the packaging strip 8.
