PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminated push-button switching device prevented from lowering of the strength of a base plate, easily wired and repaired by effectively using the base plate. SOLUTION: The illuminated push-button switching device 20, irradiating a light on a back surface of a button 15 made of translucent material arranged on the front face of a main body 10, lighting the surface of the button 15 by the light penetrated through the button 15, comprises a light emitting part 21 and the like emitting light, arranged at the back surface side of the button 15, a base plate 24 on the surface which, the light emitting part 21 is fixed, having a wiring pattern electrically connected to the light emitting pare 21, a light control part 25 electrically connected to the wiring pattern, controlling the operation of the light emitting part 21 in accordance with the push-down operation of the button 15, a light guiding member 26 guiding the light emitted from the light emitting part 21 to the back side of the button 15, and a supporting member 12a arranged between the base plate 24 and the button 15, supporting the light guiding member 26 in a state of separated from the surface of the base plate 24.
