PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in a conventional bell of a bicycle, a sounding upper part is simply removed, theft and damage are easily generated and when the bicycle is particularly placed at a parking site or the like for a long period of time, the upper part is sometimes uselessly removed, only the lower part mounted to a handle is not sounded and the inherent role of the bell of the bicycle is not played. SOLUTION: In the bell, only a holder 2 can be mounted to a handle part of the bicycle and can be brought. The bell is also provided with the role of crime prevention bell by switching the sound.
