PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging bag which is hygienic, forms a beautiful opening without the occurrence of the debris of synthetic resin film, and to provide a packaging material which is hygienic and ensures excellent unsealability, in particular, a packaging material used for sandwiches or rice balls. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag for the specific food, a pair of synthetic resin laminated films are used as a surface film and a back film. The synthetic resin laminated films each are formed by bonding together at least one uniaxial orientation layer and at least one heat seal layer onto one or both sides of a biaxial orientation film so that the outermost layer of at least one of the sides is the heat seal layer. The heat seal layers are brought into contact with each other so that the directions of the uniaxial orientation layers of the front and the back films are almost the same. One end of the pair of films has an unsealing part extending almost perpendicular to the uniaxial orientation direction, and the other end of it has a heat bonded section.
