The cap can be made of metal, china, plastic and of any other synthetic material. It comprises a body (1) and elastic seal (2) which are connected non-dismantling together. Seal (2) is made of material enabling elastic deformation under pressure. Blotches (5) are formed on the neck (11) of the bottle, symmetrically, on both sides at 180 degrees from each other, around which the cap moves. On both sides of the cap arms (4) are formed, which are engaged by the blotches (5) of neck (11) of the bottle. At the lower end of arms (4) wherein contact with the blotches (5) is made, chutes (7) are fabricated, and protruding profiles (6) - symmetrically on both sides. Chutes (7) with humps (8) and pits (10) are also fabricated there. Both arms (4) of the body (1) of the cap are connected by a bridge(9) on which a section for pulling (12) is fabricated.
