<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a resistance inducing wire of an analog resistive film type touch panel that serves as an input device, particularly an input device that uses electronic elements, and the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A method for forming the resistance inducing wire of the touch panel is provided, the touch panel comprising two bases stacked one on top of the other, with the resistance inducing wire formed on the peripheral edge of each base. A and B points on the two opposite corners of at least one diagonal of the touch panel meet the requirements for voltage matching. The requirements for voltage matching are that the voltage of the resistance inducing wire at one of the two corner points be at a high level, that the voltage of the resistance inducing wire at the other of the two corner points be at a low level, and that the high and low levels indicate the relative voltage levels of the resistance inducing wire at different relative points on the bases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
