APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING NOODLE USING RICE AS MAIN RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing noodles using rice as raw material designed to efficiently extrude the raw material from a forming die to produce the noodles. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the noodles using the rice as the main raw material is equipped with a pair of right and left adjacently arranged extrusion screws, a driving motor for rotating and driving the extrusion screws, a heating heater for heating a material to be transported and the forming die installed at the tips of the extrusion screws. Since the rice or powdered rice is extruded from the forming die to produce the noodles by rotating the extrusion screws in the same direction, the raw material can efficiently be extruded from the forming die to produce the noodles.
