PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system which can compensate for communication delay times, occurring at communication between a plurality of control sections, such as a higher rank controller and a lower rank controller or the like to perform real-time control. SOLUTION: The control system comprises a first control means (101) which transmits a command, including a transmitting time to be counted by a first timer; and a second control unit (104), which receives the command transmitted from the first control means, compares the transmitting time included in the command with the command receiving time to be counted by a second timer, synchronized with the first timer to detect the delay time between the signal transmitting and receiving time, corrects the control directed by the command on the basis of the delayed time, and executes the corrected control corresponding to the signal receiving time.
