PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability and reliability by preventing intrusion of gas and moisture from an external part, in an electronic part mounted with an element base board having a movable piece. SOLUTION: This invention is the electronic part 1 having the element base board 10 for forming the movable piece 11 on one surface, a support base board 20 mounted with the element base board 10, and a sealing resin 3 for covering the other surface side forming no movable piece of at least the element base board 10 in a state of mounting the element base board 10 on the support base board 20. This invention is a manufacturing method of the electronic part 1 comprising a process of facing down and mounting the element base board 10 for forming the movable piece 11 on one surface by turning its one surface toward the support base board 20 side, and a process of covering the other surface side forming no movable piece 11 of at least the element base board 10 with the sealing resin 3 in a state of mounting the element base board 10 on the support base board 20.
