PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arc-welded part photographing device, in which a mounting part to a welding torch is made small-sized and lightweight so that a scene of an arc periphery part in arc-welding on a practical line is photographed. SOLUTION: A scene of the arc periphery part is reflected by a mirror, which is mounted to the front end part of a welding torch, toward the rear of the welding torch. The scene of the arc periphery part reflected by the mirror is formed, by a lens, into an image on the front end face of a bundle fiber. The scene of the arc periphery part that is transmitted to the rear end face of the bundle fiber is photographed by a high-speed camera at a position distant from a welding apparatus.
